Educational Aid

The Educational Aid Fund was created by the Massachusetts State Grange on December 12, 1911. Its purpose is “to help young people help themselves” by loaning money to the Grange members desiring education following high school graduation. In 1938 a scholarship program was introduced. The second service is financed by interest on the Funds assets. For the academic year beginning September 1991, a Grange Activity Scholarship Bonus Award was added to be funded from Special Bequest income.
